Sunday 19th November, Creature Sound Comedy Open Mic

Our Headliner this evening is the experienced Co Howarth – a Mancunian transplanted to Cardiff. He has been described as “a really wonderful MC with a real like-ability on stage and a very warm and engaging manner. Excellent!’ Hannah Silvester, The Roadhouse, Birmingham.  He will be running some new stuff for us, as well as a few of the current hits.

Our Opening act Coral Halliwell. “Don’t be fooled! Coral may have the face of an angel but she also has a set full of sin. Fresh, frank and very funny”-
standupforcomedy.co.uk. Coral is treating us to new material, building up to a full length show next year.

MC Dylan Jones will be at the helm. Helming.

Sunday October 22nd, Creature Sound Studio Swansea

Our first night. We’re plying by the seat of our pants, but we have Sarah Bridgeman’s experienced comedy cops to close out the first one.

Bobby Innes is a find, whilst Mike Powell is slumming it with us after his first gig on BBC Wales for Rhod Gilbert.

We welcome our new friends Sandro Ford to the gang, performing his SECOND EVER gig!

The Rhondda has spoken!  Against all expectations, the Rhondda has voted to leave the Welsh Union. Rhexit means Rhexit but hard-Rhexit or soft-Rhexit the villagers of Llancerys Matthews don’t agree and have called a referendum on leaving the Rhondda!

  • Can plucky Llancerys go it alone or will the reduction of the local bus service to a yearly timetable scupper their plans?
  • Will the faceless bureaucrats in Ynysybwl veto trade talks on Clark’s Pie sales until Mrs Cadwaldr in Number 6 returns her overdue library book?
  • Can they build Blod the donkey a strong and stable stable? Strongly?
